Corporate Training Facilitator, Keynote Speaker & Workshop Host | UK & International
I'm Ronke Lawal, a London-based corporate training facilitator, keynote speaker and workshop host working with organisations, leadership teams and professional communities across the UK and internationally. From personal branding masterclasses and women in business keynotes to leadership development workshops and DEI-focused talks, I bring energy, cultural intelligence and genuine expertise to every room I enter — in person and online. Looking for a corporate training facilitator who brings energy and deep substance to the stage? You've found her.
As an internationally booked training facilitator, I've had the honour of inspiring groups of delegates across the USA, Canada, Africa, Asia and the Middle East — both offline and online. My mission is simple but powerful: to help individuals, entrepreneurs, professionals and organisations unlock their full potential through the power of bold leadership, strong communication and authentic storytelling.
Drawing on my experience as a PR and Communications strategist, I am regularly booked as a dynamic personal branding training facilitator. I've worked with hundreds of leaders, C-suite executives, creatives and change-makers across diverse industries and cultural spaces. Every time I step on stage, I step into purpose with the intention of empowering others to believe in the value of their voice and their vision. Whether I'm speaking to corporate teams, university students, women in business or grassroots community leaders, my core message never changes:
You deserve to be visible. Your story matters.
Why Book Me?
I believe in the power of connection and use this belief to bring a vibrant energy to the spaces that I enter. My talks are rooted in lived experience and crafted to leave a lasting impact. I bring the lessons of resilience, grit and growth from my own journey, becoming self-employed and starting a business in Hackney, East London, launching multiple ventures and serving on boards as a Non-Executive Director and Trustee.
As a Black British Nigerian woman entrepreneur, my journey has been anything but linear. It’s been filled with both setbacks and breakthroughs, each one adding depth to the message I deliver from the stage. I speak not just to motivate, but to move people to action, with real stories, real strategies and real heart. Let’s create a powerful experience for your next event; one that inspires transformation and reminds every person in the room that their story has the power to lead and to change lives.
Signature training Topics Include:
Personal Branding Workshops & Keynotes
As a personal branding training facilitator, I help audiences understand that personal branding is a leadership tool, not a buzzword. Through practical insights, real storytelling and actionable takeaways, delegates leave knowing exactly how to uncover and activate their own compelling brand narrative. I share my own story alongside anecdotal insights to give audiences important takeaways about the power of their personal brand.
Best for: Entrepreneurs, professionals, leadership teams and emerging talent. Available as: Keynote, half-day workshop or full-day training session.
Women in Business & Leadership Empowerment
A powerful call to action for women to stop playing small. I speak about overcoming imposter syndrome, owning your ambition and leading with power and purpose — even in systems that weren't built for us. This session consistently generates the highest delegate feedback scores of any talk I deliver.
Best for: Women's networks, leadership programmes, founders and professionals navigating senior roles. Available as: Keynote, panel facilitation or interactive workshop.
Communication, Visibility & Executive Presence
From digital presence to in-room impact, this keynote helps professionals speak up, speak out and speak powerfully. I share practical tools and mindset shifts that help delegates build confidence, embrace their personality and amplify their voice — whether they're presenting to a boardroom or building an audience online. I also explore the importance of digital presence alongside offline relationship-building, helping delegates show up with consistency and conviction across every platform and space.
Best for: Graduates, professionals, introverts and anyone who wants to be heard and taken seriously. Available as: Keynote, skills workshop or team training session.
Why Clients Book Me:
Authenticity & Relatability – I speak from experience, which makes me raw and authentic in my approach. I speak from a place of truth and honesty which many of my clients have described as refreshing.
Cultural Intelligence – I bring a nuanced voice on race, gender, identity, and leadership particularly as a Black woman in business. My knowledge of pop culture, social justice and the creative arts also adds depth to my talks.
Practical Insight – I use real world scenarios and a passionate story telling style to bring my messages to life. Audiences leave not just inspired but equipped to take action.
High-Energy Delivery – I bring humour, humility and heart to every stage I’m on. Maybe it’s because I’m a Londoner, perhaps it’s my very vibrant Twitter/X presence or maybe it’s simply what happens when you take a girl out Hackney but I am passionate and energetic.
