The issue of diversity and inclusion in PR is something which is remains at the forefront of my business activities. I hear so many cases of young people from BAME backgrounds who are struggling to break into PR and some of those that do break in have had such negative experiences that they have changed career paths. This experience is echoed across age groups, by PR pros from BAME backgrounds and it is time to have an honest and open question about BAME diversity in the PR industry.
